Music/Media Delivery
System Modernization

Within my former role as Sr. Entertainment Operations Manager, I proposed, led, managed, and implemented a multi-faceted/multi-year onboard Capital Project to upgrade and modernize delivery systems for recorded music/media, including broadcast of background/foreground music and karaoke content, working with internal/external vendor and internal IT/Security/Production partners, bringing karaoke systems and foreground "on-demand" music systems online, allowing for remote vendor support and seamless music-usage licensing reporting.  Working with external vender partners Audio-By-The-Bay, CAVS USA Inc, Nightlife Music Int'l, Videlio-HMS, MMX Technologies Srl, and internal teams, we proposed, developed and established integrations into existing network security architecture, installed centralized master/client servers, along with stand-alone media servers,, connected via VLAN to remote shoreside cloud-based vendor services via discreet VPNs, allowing onboard systems and applications online connection to remote-support servers via satellite.  These upgrades allowed trained onboard venue staff use of apps/devices to access and control pre-licensed on-demand audio/video content for broadcast onboard, meeting all PRO requirements, greatly enhancing the capacity, potential, and breadth of available content, and allowing for real-time support by partner vendors, all leveraging available VLAN/WLAN and secure VPN capabilities.

Talent Management
Online Booking Platform

Within my former role as Sr. Entertainment Operations Manager, I proposed and led a project supported by internal IT Development team(s) to create and launch an online talent management booking platform, integrating data from current employee record DB systems and proprietary Entertainment act & contract booking data, modernizing the tracking of talent bookings and external relationships. This system allowed Casting & Booking Specialists and Coordinators to see current and past employment history of onboard talent, group by project/ensemble, track relationships with external talent vendor partners over time, make booking and scheduling offers, and confirm staffing scheduling plans by contract/vessel to HR/Onboarding teams - all done within one secure proprietary customized online database application, with strong UAC protocols and automated integrations to other HRIS applications and data tables.

Equipment Inventory Database &
Management Platform

Within my former role as Sr. Entertainment Operations Manager I co-proposed and co-led a project supported by internal IT Development team(s) to create and launch an online equipment inventory database & management platform, tracking current inventory of backline gear and instruments provided by the Company for use onboard each vessel. This system allowed shoreside management and shipboard Music staff to access, review, and update current and past equipment inventory onboard their current vessel, track changes to location and status of each item over time, schedule and track transfers of stock between vessels, and add/update in real-time with new items, products, vendors, manufacturers, suppliers - all done within one secure proprietary customized online database application, with strong UAC protocols based on automated integration to other existing User Credential data systems.
